Well i dwnlded vista build 5432 32 bit version from warez and tried installing it.
the installation started normally but after it had copied the files to the system it rebooted to continue installation and then instead of the setup continuing after reboot my pc kept on rebooting.

the MBR had gone corrupt coz repairing xp didnt help and C: drive had to be formated and xp had to reinstalled.

I hv tried installaing 2-3 times but same problem.I also tried installing build 5208(i think thts the no.) but same problem.
I had successfully installed build 5208 on my P3 and also it worked on my frendz pc.
I hv the following system configuration.
    AMD64 939pin 3000+
    MSI K8NGM2-IL
    512MB kingston RAM
    Seagate 160GB SATA HDD.

I dont think it is a HDD problem coz i also tried installing vista on my Seagate ATA 40GB hdd on which i had installed on my P3.but now this problem occurs on my new pc.

I dont think it has sumthin to do with my processor being 64bit.
but if it is not a HDD problem then it has to be mobo or processor problem

    PLZ HELP GUYZ.......
