Vista built 5536 and 5560

Can anyone tell me what is the difference between the two, which one of them is stable and the latest release?

and RC 1 is the most stable and fastest build of VISTA till date...so u go for the build 5600ie:RC 1..but its not yet released for general public..u will have to wait..for some more time maybe..
