Plz pay attention to it

After a fresh installation of XP I got a problem with the language.
it is in Thai, plz help me to change to US english.
Below I have given two screenshot of my problem.

Plz check the screenshot for better understanding of problem

I have change the language in Regional setting but it still persist
The screenshot are taken after I chane my regional lang to Eng-US

Reinstall Windows with English as your language during setup...

1. Goto "Regional and Language Settings -> Keyboards and Languages -> Change Keyboards".
2. Make sure "English - US" is selected in the drop-down box.

If it doesnt help, then click on Add button and add "English - India from the list and apply this new language. Restart the system and it might work.

PS: Many members have posted similar problems many times but never got a working solution. So I'm not sure whether it'll help or not.
