Virtual Server

I want to install a virtual server on my PC. Is it possible by any software which can create a virtual environment like server where I can test my files by upload them.

WINDOWS VIRTUAL SERVER 2005 as all others you cant get .. download it from site for 3 months free period or buy it from a retail store
