Watz the diff btwn VGA(VideoGraphicsAdapter) and MP cams???
Watz the technical diff betwn these 2?
Does image resolution dependz on the cam???
i wanna kno more abt nethin related 2 dis topic.

Well..VGA is basically 640*480 or 0.5 Megapixel.
VGA phones giving higher resolution o/ps are usually interpolated ones.

But for a cell phone screen..not much diff wud be observed b/w 1 megapixel and VGA, however..megapixel wud be better for printing!

*did some googling..me thinking abt this for a while too*

To know the difference between the two, take a photograph from a 640x480 cam and one from a 1 Megapixel cam and look at them on your computer. The quality difference will be quite apparent. Image resolution is definitely dependent upon the type of camera. Why do you think there are different MegaPixel values for digicams?

By the way, VGA stands for Video Graphics Array and not Adapter. Furthermore, 640x480 = 0.3MP and not 0.5MP.
