[Urgent] Which Motherboard?

I thought of getting a new PC with the configuration as specified below:

AMD 64 bit 3000+ processor
1 GB DDR2 RAM
PCI Express AGP card
Creative SB LIVE audio card
5.1 speakers

As i am going for external cards, my motherboard integrated features need not be great...But it should have good support for USB, should have lot of DIMM, PCI slot, AGP slot, support for the above mentioned features, upgradable & other features. My budget is upto 4500/- for motherboard. Can anybody please suggest me a good motherboard for the need specified above?

PCI Express AGP card

plz say clearly. There is no such thing.
And u were mentionong DDR2 nd only AM2 socket mobo supports in[for AMD]. So never think of AGP in AM2 nd even in 939 mobos its hard to find AGP.[some asrock mobo has-i think].

If u r lookin for a 939 mobo.:

basic overclocking features[no voltage tweaking]

1 PCIE 1x slot
1 PCIE 16x slot.
10 USB support[but extenders has to be bought seperately]
2)ASUS A8NE : nforce 4 ultra chipset with no IGP.
perfomance board with advanced overclocking nd good stability.
3PCI,2PCIE1x,1PCIE4x,1PCIE16x.
All usb extension back panels nd many things bundled.

Never go for a Via chipset mobo. Its like underclocking a PC. But if u want AGP nd 939 CPU then there is no other choice.
As you have not yet bought any hardwares for the PC get a 939 ASUS A8NE nd a 3200+[only 500/- more than 3000+] and 2x512 DDR400.
As for sound card for bout 300 bucks more u can Creative Audigy value 7.1 for 1700/- which is way better tha 5.1live.
Which speakers u u goin for?

I think he has wrongly asked for a AGP based board. He is in need of PCI Express board.
Go for ASUS A8N-VM CSM in case of 939 processor

then get AM2 board from ASUS based on 6150 chipset
