UPS service not working in winxp

in winxp, there is an option of configuring the UPS properties. i have APC UPS and i had earlier configured the UPS properties and it was working fine...but after after i installed SP2...it has stopped working....so any solutions....

go to the manufecturers web site and see if there are any updates available...n plz......if u think creating 4/5 threads will give good responce for ur post..then ur wrong....u will be returned with loads of flaming posts insted...
