Upgrading Macbook (late 2008)

Hey Guys,
I am looking to upgrade my Mac OS from 10.5 to 10.8. But my computer has only 2GB ram, the bare minimum. I will be running virtualized Windows XP 32-bit on it also. So i believe I will need to upgrade my ram. AFAIK, the max supported for my machine is 4GB. So please advice any good ram module, from where to buy, and how much it will cost.

Here are the specifications from the device manual :
DDR3 format
1.25 inch (3.18cm)
1 GB or 2 GB
200 pin
PC3-8500 DDR3 1066 MHz Type Ram.

Note that i only have 2 memory slots, out of which one is already filled.

I am not sure but I think all the listed in RAM - Buy Computer Components Online at Best Prices in India Only at Flipkart.com will fit.

All of them have 204 pins, instead of 200 pins. Now I don't know if that makes a lot of difference, but I am just checking against the specs in the manual.
