i want to know how can i allow hibernation

Open

control Panel ->Dispaly

then click screensaver tab -> and power ( located on the bottom right)

Click the hibernation Tab and see if "enable hibernation " is checked.

Thats how you enable hibernate.

hmmm.it seems to be some services problem
enable all the service and then try...if it happens then good and if it doesn't then revert back to the original state
