I am downloading it from Mininova.....BSNL Unlimited Broadband...256 Kbps.....There are isos files in the download ...Total Download size is 15 GB......out of which I just need 5 iso files which sizes to 2.4 GB...so I am just downloading these 5 iso files and have stopped the download of remaining iso files......Could this be a issue?????

@ rayraven,
I don't think it is a "port closed & firewall" issue....coz other torrents are working fine...

are you kidding, you are going to download around 15 GB of data from utorrent, also iso's included in it,moreover your's is a 256 kbps , not atleast a LAN 1 MBPS, mine is LAN 10 MBPS ,it has took almost 3 hours to download 2 parts of 1.5 GB from utorrent, so problem is with your current configuration, you should wait until it starts download ,and for completing....... may be many hours

Looks like port's closed.Got a firewall running?

Regards,
ray

his connection is homing, so i think no additional firewall he was using, he may try some other torrents unless utorrent

The Linux Man !
Hello all,

I got the reason why it was not working and here is the explanation:

Take a look at the tracker URL - hxxp://blahblah.net/announce.php?passkey=51779354447d4feac3f1453717ccd9b1

When your client announces to the tracker (which I not a member of) you receive the following error message - "Connection limit exceeded! You may only leech from one location at a time"

The tracker has told you how many seeds and peers are in the swarm, but it won't give you the IP address of any peers (because lots of people have tried, so the tracker has locked the account). And it's a private torrent so you can't rely on DHT or Peer Exchange either.

If you want the torrent you will have to join the tracker.

You will need to download a new copy of the torrent from the site after you have registered. The new copy you download will have your passkey instead of the banned one, so it will work.

I registered at *elbitz.net/, got the same torrent and its up and running.
BTW Registrations are open now so sign up quick if you're interested.
