TV Tuner and HD Audio

Hi,

I have a Mercury Ez View, internal TV Tuner Card.
I had installed it on an old AMD Sempron machine and everything was fine.
Now I had put it on an Intel Core 2 Duo, machine with the motherboard that has HD Audio.

I run Win XP, SP2. If I record any TV programs, the video quality is good, but the audio quality is very poor. Itr turns out to be very feeble.

I had re-installed the Audio drivers and noting seems to work.
But when I watch any DVD or play any MP3, everything seems to be normal.

Can anyone help me to overcome this problem...?

Your card will be having an audio-out port. Using an audio connector cable, connect this to the line-in port in your motherboard(blue). Now, while recording and watching tv, use line in as the audio source.
