    .
    Apache and More

    go to http://www.apachefriends.org/en/

Get a single exe file ( they have linux ver too ) which contains Apache, MySQL, PHP + PEAR, Perl, mod_php, mod_perl, mod_ssl, OpenSSL, phpMyAdmin, Webalizer, Mercury Mail Transport System for Win32 and NetWare Systems v3.32, JpGraph, FileZilla FTP Server, mcrypt, Turck MMCache, SQLite, and WEB-DAV + mod_auth_mysq

    Install it , have fun

Find help / manual at the respective sites , all good ones .

    Bulletin Board

    Go to http://www.phpbb.com

Download it , unzip , they have very beautiful help / manual files
