Trying to load Proxyx from www.analogx.com

Right off the assembly line
I am trying to download a proxy server from analog X but the problem is that when the download completes, and when i try to open it it says, the installation was curropt. You have to download a New Copy.

This is also happeneing at other Websites like wincustomize.com where i tried to download desktopx but the file, when opened showed the installation is curropt.

I have formated the entire hard drive. Did a new fresh install. Installed a Liesenced Norton 2005 antivirus. But no virus found. Even Finjan is also not installed

Please. Help. I am not able to work and download softwares on this machine.
