Can anyone post tips to improve Windows XP and its perfomance.

this software has enough functions to improve xp's perfomance and it is easy to work wid and to understand even for normal user..

most imp. thing is that it is freeware.i mean u can open this software for 30 times after it is installed . it is more than enough as u wil need to open it for 1 to 3 times only .as after doing the settings u dont need to open it anymore.

Disable list of startup programs
To disable the list of startup programs, go to User Configuration > Administrative Templates > System > Logon and enable 'Do not process the run once list'. This prevents programs from starting up automatically, thus giving you a faster boot up time.
