theme problem

when ever i tried to change the theme of xp this problem occur...how to sort out this

start->run
"sfc /scannow"
restart.

insert windows cd
start->run
"expand x:\i386\uxtheme.dl_ c:\windows\system32\uxtheme.dll"
restart.

one of the two solutions may work.
