Terrible Problem!!!!!!!!

On one nice day I was inserting te virtual CDs in my virtual drive and alas!! the computer restarted and was refusing to boot after the user selection.
I turned it off and then on and ran norton windoctor on it. It showed a problem that a file called mscoree.dll was missing or can't be written into.
Also a message popped up saying Windows has experienced a serious problem.

how did u turn it off if ur computer was refusing to boot

mscoree.dll refes to .net frame work.
Try reinstalling .net download it from the net or use the sp2 installation cd if have it.
U can do it in safe mode.
