System.ini tweaks & explanations

Hello friends,
you may post your system.ini commands here & could give an explanation on what each one does. Here's mine for an example:

EGA40WOA.FON=EGA40WOA.FON

CGA40WOA.FON=CGA40WOA.FON
These too were added on advise of my friend:
EMMExclude=A000-FFFF
Irq20=4096
LocalLoadHigh=1
DMABufferSize=64
Can anyone explain what these do, what difference does it make?
