System boots now and then.

Hi friends,
I use 40 gb 1.7GHz 256mb system with Windows Xp pro. My problem started last week. My system boots now and then when I am working. So I formated C drive and reintalled windows. Still the problem persist. System gives an error message as follows.
BCCode : 1000000a BCP1 : 0000012D BCP2 : 00000002 BCP3 : 00000001
BCP4 : 804F5C59 OSVer : 5_1_2600 SP : 2_0 Product : 256_1

So what is wrong with my system. Help me please.

well this kind of problem is normally due to ram. how many ram slots do u have on ur motherboard and is the 256 mb ram in a single slot or is it 128 n 128 in different slots because if u have two 128 mb ram cards then you could test which one has the fault by removing one and then booting your system and then test the other in the same way you may find the the problem. otherwise if u have only one 256 mb ram card then try testing this ram in some other computer or try to use some different ram in your computer and then see if it boots anonymously.

Sorry guys, problem is not solved. Some times a blue screne comes saying that windows have shut down my pc inorder to save it. The new message is driver-irql-less-or-equal. What that means.
