Sugget me a Android Handset within the range of 20K

I am looking for a new handset for my mom's B'day. Can someone suggest me a Android handset within the range of 20K with following features?

1) 4 inch AMOLED TOUCH Screen
2) Dual Camera with front camera atleast 1.3MP for good video call
3) Gingerbred upgradable to ICS
4) Min 1GHz Processor
5) 5MP or above Main Camera with Auto Focus and Dual Led

The reason I want Android is google always updates its latest maps, which is very good for GPS and in Nokia N9 you will still find 5 yr old maps

I can't go for anything beyond 20K as it will make mom MAD:hyper:

these are with no dual led s or amoleds but they are good.
Xperia arc(on letsbuy using coupon - 21.5k Rs, adexmart - 21.9k Rs) 4.2'' screen, 8 mp camera and ICS confirmed.

desire s (on letsbuy using coupon - 20.5k Rs) but 3.7" screen. officially dont know but will get custom ICS(CM9) definitly.

Galaxy s plus is there but doesnt have led flash.

optimus 2x (on letsbuy using coupon - 19k Rs) dual core processor, 8mp camera and ICS is confirmed by LG, if not it will get custom CM9.

LG Optimus Black or Sony Ericsson Xperia Ray or HTC Wildfire S. These three are good but my vote goes to LG Optimus Black.

Haha dude you sure youre buying this cell phone for your mom? I mean no offense but I think most people above 30 dont even use all the features of android , they dont need them(That is, if they aren't engineers, or geeks)! Plus they are not comfortable with the OS cuz its not THAT user friendly esp. to the ones who are new to Android.
I usually dont recommend this But in your case I'd suggest that you should go for :

Samsung Wave 2(Bada OS): Good specs, less apps, at times little buggy but the OS is quite user friendly ! Rs. 14.5K

iPhone 3GS(iOS): avg. Specs. youd get much better specs for this price, but then again, this is an 'Apple iPhone'. Im not an apple fanboy but the main reason Im recommending this to you is iOS is user frndly & LOADS of apps available (though you/your mom wont be able to the play new 3D games without lag cuz they are meant for the iPhone 4s/iPad 2 , do just FINE with the iPhone 4/iPad 1... but not 3Gs)

Samsung Omnia(Windows Phone 7.5) : Windows 7.5 is Different from the Android and iOS style icon type interface, looks cool , and is Very User Friendly.

Get the Optimus 2x. Period. It is in a totally different segment compared to the others in your price range (Screen wise, performance wise, camera wise, community support wise too).

It does have gingerbread update. Ics -- maybe, because a pre alpha build was leaked, probably from Samsung, in xda forums.

Agree with theletterd. Get an iphone 3gs or a windows phone for the bling. Android *may* not go down well with your mom.

My suggestion for you is Desire S.
If somehow you don't wish to buy it then you can have a look at SE Arc or if you can increase your budget then Incredible S is also very good.
Or if you want to save some money then can also have a look at SE Neo V

OK I visited a local dealer and his prices were somehow unreasonable

1) Optimus 2X 26K
2) Optimus Black 19.5K

2 months back when I purchased Galaxy S2 for 27K that time one dearler confirmed me the price of Optimux 2X to be around 24K now the prices have increased:shock:

How much is the latest price of Galaxy R? I've recently read that its MSRP has gone down to 20999. There is always a difference between MSRP and RAW Price. So what is its latest RAW price?

dont go for the specs war if u want a handset ffor your mom.. get something with good battery life, looks great and has a good camera.. thats what basically all women want. dont get an ugly phone with great specs.. my suggestion will be either xperia arc, xperia ray, or iphone.. i read iin this forum that aapple is selling refurbished iPhone 4 for 22.5k.. that will be aa great gift for your mom... she will have the bragging right by owning an iphone..
