suggestions for a gpu @ 12k

hi guys,now i need a gpu for my rig and i hav no idea for the resent arrivals and all as i was out of touch...

so need a gpu mainly for medium gamming and watching hd vidios and it should hav an hdmi output as i will need it to connect it to my 42" plasma to watch movies and play games...

guys my budget is 12k max and within this i hav to settle...lastly i hav seen tht none of the cards r stable and r going for rma in every 7 days...talking abt gtx 460 and hd 5800 series...??

so guys suggest me a vfm gpu and more important it stays stable for 3yrs,,??

Sapphire TOXIC 6850/MSI TWIN FROZR II 6850//HIS 6850.

although Sapphire HD6870 @ 13k is worth.

My vote goes to 6870 @ 13-13.5k. Save up a little bit more and go for 6870.

Cant a 6850 be tweaked to 6870? If so, the 6850 is best deal. No need to stretch the budget then.

+1 for 6850.Go 4 6850,after oc both 6870 and this, difference is only 7~8% ...

Actually 6870 also can be overclocked and will widen the gap between itself and 6850. If op is on a tight budget, then 6850 is very good. Try to get factory overclocked cards like sapphire 6850 toxic as they come with better coolers.

so the vote goes for sapphire hd 6850,r there any bugs or issues with this series as lastly we saw lots of rma within 10 days of purchase and wait for it another 20 days..??

guys m.d comps quoted me 12k for sapphire 6850 and told its negotiable..!!

whts the rmor of md selling faulty cards,is it true guys...???
