I m getting this under a offer whihc going to expire today so please reply fast guys that i m going right or wrong

Rate sounds ok, but that is not the main thing.

Check for reliability, speed and perfomance.

Get some reviews of that particular host by googling. If possible ask someone using that host. Do not look for the space or rate alone. When you pay $130 a month, you should make sure it worth.
