Suggestion for system configuration

i have decided to go for following configuration..prices at which i m getting i've written:

processor intel x6750 rs.8000
mobo xfx 650i ultra rs.4900
ram 2*1gb 667mhz transcend rs.950*2
graphics xfx 8800gt around 15k
hdd seagnate 500gb rs 5500
dvd liteon 20x rs 1400
monitor viewsonic 17" flat rs 4400

rest are
ups 800va rs 2900
cabinet+500w supply rs 3800
simple kb+mouse and no speakers ( i got good headphones).

please suggest better option around same budget...

Excellant config...but get Biostar/Abit P35 MB instead of XFX 650i...P35 is far better than the 650i chipset....
Biostar P35===>4.5k
Abit========>5.5k

& dont forget to get 800mhz RAM instead of 667Mhz....

You can buy a Q6600 for 3k more.

yes id say Q6600 is wayy better.. and fturer proof too cuz soon most programs and games will be optimised to use 4 cores efficiently...

and anywyas dont go for a cheap P35 board i warn you against the outcomes because other than the chipset itself theres nothing good about them.. build quality for instance and overclocability and stability and SATA ports, IDE support, no. of ram slots, Dual channel support, CHeap ones like biostar is what i mean...

But if budget is an important issue then id bet for

Biostar P35 + Q6600

Than

XFX 650i + 6750
