suggest pc config < 45k please

i need a config for surfing , music , movies and gaming. it must run a game like NFSMW @ high res & all eye candy. i need details about:

1) ram
2) 15/17 inch crt
3) gfx card
4) dvd writer
5) hdd (> 80 GB)
6) a good wireless keyb/mouse combo, with inbuilt charger
7) suitable ups

no need for a sound card or speakers
i live in panvel, near mumbai

have u already decided about the processor and mobo? And second thing.....dont expect a PC under 45k is gonna give u a performance that can rival the best.......

1*2 GB DDR RAM- Corsair/Kingston (Buy transcend or hyundai to save money) {5k for Hyundai}
LG DVD writer {2.5 k}
Geforce 6600GT {6k}
Logitech MX1000 mouse/ G7 laser mouse + Micrsoft wirelss keyboard( MX1000 is costly, microsftmay have cheaper subs) { G7=7k, dunno about other prices}
UPS-any local brand would do {approx 2k}
