Hi after some newbie investigation on the internet i have finalised

I wish to know the following
1) Has anyone brought this DVD burner..? If yes then any problems faced..??
2) Price of this DVD burner..??
3) Will the price of Blueray Burners fall soon..?? shud i wait for a few months and Buy a BD burner instead..??
4)Any other burner better then this burner...???
