Suggest good mobile and mp3 player

Hey guys i need a good mobile with atleast 10-20 mb internal memory. Around 2-3k. And also a good mp3 player around 4-5k. I am planning 2 buy transcend 850. My total budget is around 5-6.5k. So plez reply fast.

Transcend T.Sonics are good in terms of durability, but not very comfortable to use.

just buy any sony walkman phone and you don't have to buy extra music player
don't wast money on that
i have se k550i and believe me its excellent phone
you can also go for k530i if you are more inclined to music

Hey guys...For mp3 player i am now confuses abt transcend 850 and sansa e260. Plez tell which one has great audio output. I don't care abt video and other feature. I just want a good audio output.
