Suggest best Config.

hi,to all,
I need help form all the technos here, suggest me best config for a cabinet to be professinaly used for Photoshop cs., 3d Max , Autocad.Around 27k.
Mobo...................... Intel/Amd
processor................. ?
Ram .........................1gb/or more
graphic card...............?
Dvd/rw.......................?
hdd............................?
.
suggest good brand with approx price if possible , here in Delhi.

If you are not in a hurry to buy your pc then i would suggest you to hold on for a month or two......within these two months proccy prices will fall due to intel's launching cheap core2duo n dual core.

if price wud go down then i can wait but..if the diffrence is nt much then its nt worth for me.

wel i will suggest intel core 2 duo...1 gb ram...sony dvd writer..seagate 160 gb hard disk..moniter as per ur budget..
