Suggest a GFX card within 7k - 10k range

I am looking forward to buy a GFX card within Rs. 7k - 10k range. I have DG31PR Intel Motherboard. Please suggest.

I dont think that would be needed. Corsair HX450 or something like that for ~3k is sufficient.

Wait for 1-2 months; we'll see 4870 almost falling into the range.

^^ Its VX450- and the cost is 3.9k. Prices have increased since 2-3 months now.
iBall will surely destroy the system with 4850. its obvious that its a sub standard power supply. Ati 4850 takes 110w on max load so you will need to connect the 6 pin pcie connector. Its obvious in this day of age that you need to have a proper supply, takes lesser wattage from the socket and solves more than half of the problem on the pc. As I say in many forums, if you cant afford a decent enough power supply, dont bother buying a decent enough system. If you really want to know how to choose a proper power supply, here's the guide:

Core 2 E4600
DG31PR Mo-bo
HD4850 GFX card
320GB HDD 7200 rpm
1GB x 2 DDR2

I can spend around 5k - 7k for PSU. I am also looking for a good cooling system, I can spend around 3k for that.
Please suggest.
