can any one suggess me any good video player which plays all the formats like avi,3gp,mpeg,divx, and sply flv.......

No, You don't get a good 'All in one player'.

This is my personal choices:

AVI: GOM player with FFDShow
MKV: Media Player Classic
FLV: Riva Flv Player
MOV: Quicktime 7
WMV: Windows Media player 11
MP4: Elecard DVD Player
MPEG: Nero Showtime
MPEG-2: Power DVD

Yes VLC Player is good enough.

Media player classic.Nothing else will do for me.extremely light on resources and as good as any other heavy player.

install klite codec pack....then u can view any video formats in windows media player....
