The pandasoftware Activescan indicated that my system is having several spywares/adwares running .. How to remove these ? Please help

It has got real time scanning and continously monitors your registry and also if u r online, it scans every web page for spywares etc.

dont worry right now microsoft is allowing you to download it even if you dont verify your windows license. download ms antispyware before microsoft makes it unavailable for download without verification. you will miss it then

When it comes to Database, CounterSpy and MS AntiSpyware are same (well, almost!). They both are derived from Giant Software. But, SunBelt is collecting it's own Spyware database apart from Giant's, this would make difference in future versions of CounterSpy and MSAS.

also install javacools : spwareblaster & spywareguard, which run in the background using minimal resources and prevent spyware from even installing.
take windows updates. you can still do it, no problem ! switch to IE based maxthon browser, if you can.
other good antispywares are : spyware doctor, pestpatrol, spysweeper. check them out at www.download.com.
