SPYMAC-POP3 mail problem

Hi!I had an old spymac account..but later on shifted to gmail.
Recently when trying to download mail using incredimail i get authorisation failure tough i cann log on and see the mails via the webmail interface.
Has there been any change in the POP settings of late of Spymac??
Even after removing the auto forward feature in Spymac I can't log on using POP3 though earlier i could use BOTH auto forward and send mails using SMTP.
Please help!

What is your username ..?
They are doing maintenence work and it happens sometimes around .. I have two ids it_ ... and s_ .. some of the time it_ .. works and s_ doesnt and sometime s_ . .. works and it_ . .. doesnt .. You can find all this info in their forums ..
