some problem with the graphics card?

hi!

I have Nvidia GeForce 5200 128 Mb graphics card.. its working perfectly fine with other games...but not with GTA san andreas...The problem is that after two to three minutes of play the graphics begin to distort....and the game becomes unplayable..

plz help.
