hey mates got a 1600 cable want software to transfer MIDI tones to my nokia 1600

consider using Nokia PC Suite then

i think the only software that'll work wid 1600 is oxygen (not freeware). jus check if some enthusiast has coded software for 1000 series cellphones. coz officially i hafnt seen any software other than oxygen supporting this platform.
