software 4 nokia 3230!! i need!!

Dear friends,
yesterday i bought data cable (DKU-2 usb) for my new NOKIA 3230. Now plz tell me from

where i can get .sis software that are compatible with my cellphone??
and what is this S-60? is my phone S-60?

i want these software:

High quality video recording camcorder
Antivirus
some new & cool themes! (like matrix, X-man)
Any good free & demo games (like MOTOGP2, nfs, mario, spiderman)
Full screen wallpapers only for 3230
Mp3, wma players! (like winamp)
screensavers, logo, wallpapers!

i've downloaded some games like motoGP, spiderman.... but these are not in .sis format, soooooo

how can i install them?

how can i set gif file as wallpapers/screensaver? i've nokia pc suite, is there any other

software available that can be used from my pc2phone?

my mmc is 512 MB. but it shows 489mb. why?

As for mem card, the 512 mb is unformatted capacity. It reduces to 489 when formatted, just as in the case of HDD where 40GB is actually 37 or somethin........
