I've recently taken a 32kbps (plz don't laugh) unlimited connection from exatt...in mumbai.....they are using rspppoe for ppp over ethernet....
now when i download any thing from flashget even with a single connection.i get full bandwidth and avg download speeds are 4Kbytes/sec....same is the case when ny antivirus software updates its virus def...etc...problem comes when i am browsing....the speeds are dead slow....both in forefox and IE...
can you people suggest some tweaks and workaround for this problem.....
THE MTU is set to 1492...default for rspppoe....
any help is appreciated....thx in advance....
