Seeing hidden files in VISTA?

Hi all microsoft gurus....ders one small question.....how to see hidden files in VISTA...we could see the same in XP using folder options....but it seem to b absent in VISTA....!!!

tis there in "Organize>Folder and search options>VIEW Tab > Show hidden files and folders"
i was able to find it there!!

just press alt after opening MY computer of documents folder.. the same menu as Xp will appear.... click on tools /folder options..
