Screen or Softy Problem.?

My friend got a problem in his N-70 Cell phone...the screen is showing a 8 bit like color display ( like when our graphic drivers got corrupted)...and teh screen half is repeating itself teh other half...!!

Is this a Screen or Softy Problem.?

Do it have to be changed the screen..or Reset Software..?

Cud u plz tell me..wots the easiest way to reset the phone,..???

well if ur friend bought in warranty .... u will get a replacement .... else try formatting the fone ....

Replacemnt..means..they gonna change the screen not phone ..right..??

If it's a hardware problem, they will take a lot of time, in my case about a month. If it's a software problem, many times it's done in the same day or maybe 2 at the most. Well, that's what I have seen so far.

no they will most probably change the fone if it is not repairable

if ur lucky and if u stay in delhi .... coz the problem is taht they have head offices (ie level 4 centres in delhi).... which means that most of the hardware problems go there if a level 3 centre cannot rectify it
