Scanner Benq 4300U Repair advice needed

I have a Benq 4300U scanner. It recently stooped working when I left it powered overnight.

Gave it to Benq Service centre who told mw that they don't have parts for this model. They told me that the fault is with teh PCB which sits on teh CCD.

1. can anyone suggest a repair centre in Mumbai. I am at Powai.

2. If anyone is selling a scanner, pls contact me at asheet_35@yahoo.com. I would prefer a scanner with ADF (Auto doc feeder).

Hey palleeeze, if ur scanner is in warranty go to consumer court!
This is for the first time i have heard a printer problem like that!
printer not starting or just not printing?

Hi Dude.

1. It is a Sacnner & not a printer.


2. It was purchased in2002 & so it is NOT in warranty.

3. Benq service centre tells me that they DONOT service out of warranty products even at a fee but CHARGE for warranty support. The guy is Rajendra 9820632545 based at Benq service centre at Lamington Rd.
