right click context menu and slow navigation thru My Documen

ever since i clean installed win xp sp2(using a slipstreamed CD)rt-click context menu doesn't show the word and excel documents in the "New" documents template,using TWEAK UI also doesn't help.
Also My Documents folder takes along time to open...the screen actually freezes for a few secs b4 opening and showing the files and folders in My Docs,,,this doesn't happen with any other folder...
Plz help me to repair the rt click context menu and speed up navigation thru My Docs.

Does Start > Run > Shellnew opens any folder ..?

shee new folder

yes folder opens...it even has 4 files in it...word,excel,access and powerpoint.

just install office XP SP3 from CHIP CD(i don't remember the month exactly!)i too had same prob it was fixed thus.
as for MY DOCs opening slowly...i have no idea!
