Resident allowed popup all over the screen - Spybot

I'm facing this peculiar prob for a week or so now. The resident allowed popup in Spybot latest version keeps showing all over the monitor. There wasnt a problem bfore.

Any soln ....

It is the registry allowed box which pops up and then later closes, not the resident allowed popup.

oh ! u need to click on 'accept' and i think there is a 'remember this decision' box there. check it to avoid it popping up agn and agn. perhaps a registry change/new instal has triggered it !
