i want to remove Yahoo banner from my site hosted on geocities

or else if u have low budget than
buy a domain name for Rs. 300-900 approx.
& go for some add free domain hosting like Awardspace

You can leave yahoo and go to google(www.googlepages.com .They also provide u 100mb space

Don't go the Geocities route. You can get cheap hosts nowadays.
