remote viewing

My uncle want a setup in which he can view his factory work form his office pc.
although it require a professional work for perfection.. i m keen to knw the hardware n setup required..
as for hardware.. we require some gud cameras on higher end or web cam for lower cost barrier
as far as software is concerned we require some gud remote viewing software
n the most imp thing - gud internet connection
can anyone help me out for selecting these 3 things..

this is just a noobish answer but still i will post it:
1. get a comp (low config) at ur factory.. get a webcam and start streaming videos on maybe yahoo or something..
2. get a com on ur side also..just watch the videos from ur home,,

u will have to take free unlimited connectin for both pc's...
