Reminder software

Can anyone suggest a good freeware software that can take care of my needs of remembering certain dates & times and remind me on time & even before it (a day or a hour before).

Chameleon Clock is okay dude...........................!!!! It will remind you whatever you tell it to remind.................!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

But one more thing it will remind that you are using its trial version and you have to order it..............!!!!!!

I use active desktop calander. And it is very useful. BTW it is not freeware.
