Relation of Roaming and Internet usage....

I have purchased reliance 2865 CDMA and R connect ....
I have taken post paid 149 plan and R connect plan is 40 hrs /400 rs/month.
2 hrs ..8 am -10 pm and 2 hrs..10 pm -8 am......

My question is ....my reliance number belongs to maharashtra so i can understand when i will be in out of maharashtra ,call will be charge under roaming .
but what about net usage........... is it same all over india..?
.............is there any relation of roaming with internet usage..?
............now i m paying 10 rs /hr in maharashtra ,,will it same if i wlll surf out of maharashtra ?

i'm not sure about reliance ,but in case of GSM providers - i use airtel ,
calls outside home state are charged under roaming ,but since GPRS uses the www ,its the same anywhere ,so no roaming charges for that

yeah regarding calls there will be roaming..its obivious ...
but what about surfing out of maharashtra ,will it be under roaming. ?
i hope from u r answer its not like that ....

There will be no extra charges for using R-connect even in roaming locations. Atleast this was the scenario few days ago.
