click "Run" and type "Regedit" and tap enter key

Go to 'HKEY_CURRENT_USER' > 'Control Panel' > 'Desktop' > 'WindowMetrics'
Double click on 'Shell Icon Size' and change the value to 128 and click 'Ok'
Right Click on desktop > Properties > Appearance Tab
Click on 'Advanced' and select item 'Icon', select size '72' and click on 'OK'
Now you have big icons on your desktop.
