Right off the assembly line
Dear Friends,
We are two individual computer students and we are planning to start a software and web development services firm. We are working on some projects as of now, and are planning to register our company with the authorities. But we dont have the knowledge of that. There are precisely two things we want to know:
1. Under what laws in india, such firm is governed, is it Sale Tax or Service Tax that we should register under?
2. What are the approx expenditure for such an registeration.
We are dealing with clients in India only.
