Regarding a major problem

I have a laptop and i am facing a problem which is, when i am open any kind of word and notepad document, the fffffffffffffffff this type character is automatically type and i can't understand what is this, i am trying to format my laptop for reload windows but when the key pannel is show for entring key the all box is full again ffffffffffffffffffffffff this character. please help me

check your keypad it could be faulty, send it to the shop where you bought it. USE YOUR WARRANTY if applicable

Your f key is probably stuck. Have it checked, preferably at the manufacturer's service center.
