rediff shopping help

i have purchased memory card for 545 from rediff
the product was defective
i returned it back as per their instruction and mailed the courier details too
they acknowledged the courier detail

BUT FROM LAST TEN NEITHER I RECEIVED MY PRODUCT NOR ANY MAIL ABOUT IT
WHAT TO DO
ANY TELEPHONE NUMBER TO CONTACT THEM IN MUMBAI....
PLZ HELP

rediff shopping service is really bad.
Poor customer support..and service. Never buy from them.

Welcome to the group I have been complaining about my order since nearly one month and not a single reply from their side! You can contact them on 25313535 and select option 1! Ache se gaali galoch kar daal..Maine to solid jagda kiya..I just want to know how can I complain against rediff ? any help?

A word of caution for everybody: STAY AWAY FROM REDIFF! IT SUCKS BIG TIME
