it depends on the company. Transcend and Kingston's value offerings cost 850-900 Rs. while Corsair's mainstream may cost 1k. Gaming memory costs more. Corsair's XMS2 MIGHT be around 1.5-1.8k for 1GB. All other brands like Crucial and Muskin arent available here I THINK cause never seen them. They are the performance master. Local brands like Hynix, Zion will cost Rs.650 per GB! HAVE FUN!

Transced is Rs.900 per GB at popular outlets. Might get bargain at Rs.800. But its Rs.900 per GB. Kingston Value Series cost Rs.950 per GB.

^^aint GSkill a enthusiast company. The TC needs a affordable RAM. But ya thinking seriously GSkill's offering has no matches. KILLER RAM!

But i advice to get Transcend's 900RS. RAM. DDR2 667MHz. Than overclock it!

Man u get gskill 800 for 1.2k. U can overclk hel outa it n low timings too. I wudnt nag to get it than transcend stix at 900.

Just bcoz of Ram ....I dont want to change Motherboard...I know..there will b increase in performance with new mobo but still...and .rite now...I dont hve money to spend on new mobo..when my pc is doing all what I want....y to change.....every day....there is new updated H/W.....so...I think....when I need ...den I wud definately go for new config.....
