If u have seen carefully, the BIOS must be showing ur RAM as 24****KB + 8 MB shared.....This shared memory is for ur Video intensive applications

Ya i hv seen it in BIOS.. like

AGP Aperture Size - 32MB
Frame Buffer - 8 MB

I think this is wat u r all talkin abt.. Wat is this AGP Aperture Size.. Can i change it to larger MB like 128MB.. Will it change my performance.. and also abt Frame Buffer..

ok.... are you using intel board?

AGP Aperture Size: this is for setting up the AGP Card size.. if you installed AGP card.. put the card memorry size like 128/256...
Frame Buffer -- you can increase the size to maximum 16 MB.

Ya of course i use Intel 845 MOB.. but i dont hv a AGP Slot in it and so No AGP Card.. All are integrated in MOB. So is it necessary to giv higher values for AGP Aperture Size.. and also Frame Buffer i hv max of 8MB only..

AGP Aperture size has nothing whatsoever to do with the memory of the AGP card. Increasing the AGP Aperture Size to huge values Will Not Increase the graphics perfomance of the computer. .AGP aperture size is simply the max system memory tht can be allocated for Graphics, if the video memory runs low....
