Questions about DSL - newbie

I have just started to get the taste of Linux.
It may seem foolish but I use DSL(Damn Small Linux) and ... a .. how do you access the files on the hard drive or even on the CD Drive?

answered manyer times before!
just edit /etc/fstab to include the partion no of your windows partion.for all partions no see.login as a root & run

fdisk -l
